My Story
Robin Kriete, Tai Chi Gung Teacher
As far as I knew I was living the American dream! I had a beautiful family, a dream job in IT enterprise sales, a wonderful life, and was blessed abundantly. I thought I had it all! Then, one day my career was not fulfilling me anymore and I felt a sense of emptiness. Is this all there is to life? The routine of it all started to weigh on me. I decided I had to make a change and I resigned after 33 years. I was searching for a path to truly fulfill me and my inner being And, on my journey, I discovered the sacred ancient practice of Tai Chi Gung.
As I was introduced to Master Rasaji and the ancient wisdom I felt so drawn into as if it was speaking directly to my heart. I began to take my first 45-day challenge and I never looked back. I knew God had a plan for me and suddenly my soul was on fire as I began my discovery. It ignited me in a way I never saw coming and I am immensely grateful. I know I have to share what I have experienced with others so I became a certified Tai Chi Gung teacher. My mission is to share this beautiful regenerative healing practice and let God flow through all who desire. Tai Chi Gung marries the mind, body and spirit as one! Come along and let the miracles unfold for you.

Robin is currently teaching Tai Chi Gung at the following Wake Forest & and surrounding area venues.

Private lessons are now available and able to consist of chair exercises and/or standing or a blended version as the student gets stronger.

Private lessons are tailored to each individual student and will include additional content not usually found in the class setting.
